What is Forex Online Shopping (FOS)?
Forex Online Shopping (FOS) is the current online presence of Forex Cargo, Inc., launched on 2011.
What does FOS offer?
FOS provides online shoppers to shop for products online without the need for a credit card, PayPal account or similar online payment methods and this is called Online Shopping.
FOS also provides online shoppers to consolidate item(s) in one of our warehouses and this is called Drop Ship.
Both services will deliver to the online shoppers’ specified address in the Philippines.

How much are your shipping rates?
Our rates vary depending on box sizes and delivery locations. Additional fees also apply for pick-up, handling, and repacking of your item(s). You may view our ocean freight shipping rates below.

How long does shipping take?
Ocean shipment coming from the U.S.
For Metro Manila deliveries, approximately 4-6 weeks from the time the boxes are loaded in our container(s) and leave the port in US.
For Provincial deliveries, approximately 6-8 Weeks from the time the boxes are loaded in our container(s) and leave the port in US.
Ocean shipment coming from Tokyo, Japan
For Metro Manila deliveries, approximately 2 weeks from the time the boxes are loaded in our container(s) and leave the port in Japan.
For Provincial deliveries, approximately 4-6 weeks from the time the boxes are loaded in our container(s) and leave the port in Japan.
Approximately 7-10 Days for Metro Manila deliveries from the time the boxes are loaded and leave the port in US.
Contact our Forex Online Shopping Customer Care (FOSCC) representative for duration on Provincial deliveries.
*** Do take note of certain delays that (roughly about a week or two depending on the incident) may be added to the above-mentioned period due to US and Philippine Customs random inspection of shipment, and other incident that is unexpected. Is there a weight limit to the packages that I send?
By default Forex ship via ocean and there is no weight limit. However, we do recommend that the size of your package(s) should be easily handled by at least two (2) people to ensure proper handling and storage.

Will I be taxed for my shipment?
We include taxes and customs documentations in our charges for sea freight and air freight.
However, these charges are subject to change, as certain item(s) require tariff charge(s) and/or custom duties.
What can I ship?
You can ship almost anything that you can order from different online stores such as EBay, Amazon, etc. However, please be reminded that Forexworld reserves the right to refuse confirmed orders that will fall under list of prohibited item(s) (see list below).

You may ship item(s) such as the following:
- Household goods and personal effects
- School supplies
- Vitamins (limited quantity)
- Electronic items
- Food items (non perishable)
Items that fall under the following categories are prohibited:
- Money orders
- Travellers’ checks
- Precious Metals
- Precious Stones (e.g. Diamonds, Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald)
- Jewelry (e.g. Pandora charms, Swarovski)
- Gun parts and accessories (e.g. Reloaders)
- Toy Guns
- Drugs and other prohibited substances
- Lewd, obscene and pornographic materials
- Gambling paraphernalia
- Industrial carbons
- Combustible materials
- Hazardous materials
- Goods of commercial quantities
- Large electronics and appliances
- Big car parts
- Tires/wheels and mags
- Any item which falls within the restrictions of the CBP.
- Any item which falls within the restrictions of Japan Customs.
- Any item whose importation is restricted by the Bureau of Customs of the Philippines.
Forex reserves the right to include similar items to this list without prior notice.
(**Make it a habit to check item(s) with an FOSCC, especially if it would fall under the above-mentioned list or if you are unsure, to avoid inconvenience.)
Where can I have my box delivered?
We can ship to almost anywhere in the Philippines. Please note, however, that a special delivery fee of US$35 per package will be applied to deliveries on hard-to-reach areas.
Also, we do prefer to deliver to a residential address instead of a business address as deliveries often begin before and end after most office hours.
Could I pick up my package(s) when it arrives in the Philippines?
Yes, you can! You can choose whether to pick-up your package(s) from either of our offices in the Philippines by notifying our FOSCC in advance to prepare your package(s).

Could I store my items in your warehouse?
You can store your item(s) for up to thirty (30) days in our Forex US warehouses.
Packages that are stored beyond this time will be charges a storage fee of 10 USD per month until your box is finally shipped.
You can store your item(s) for a maximum of two (2) months in our Forex Japan warehouse.
Forex shall have the right to auction packages that are stored beyond this time.
To make sure your box(es) are shipped on time, get in touch with our FOSCC.
Will my ordered items be delivered in its original packaging?
Orders will be shipped in its original packaging from your online suppliers. Forex reserves the right to open and inspect all orders delivered to our warehouses to make sure that no package contains any prohibited goods. This applies to both online shop and drop ship packages.
Are there refunds and warranties for the items ordered?
Forex Online Shopping and Forex Cargo DOES NOT OFFER any refunds or warranties of its own. Online shoppers are responsible for the cost of shipping back to the US if they decide to avail of the online store’s warranty. Forex is not responsible for items not being functional when delivered.
How do I pay?
For online shopping services, your Forexworld account has to be pre-funded. This may be done by making a deposit to our banks accounts, details of which are provided below:

- Once deposited, upload the deposit slip in your respective Forexworld account through the Add Funds
For Shipping services, please take note that we DO NOT ACCEPT Cash On Deliveries (CODs). Payment must be made as soon as we inform you via email of your invoice details.
What if I paid more than the charges specified?
Do not worry. You can always use your extra payment as prepaid funds in your Forexworld account. If you choose to get the funds back, you may cash your funds anytime. Just send our FOSCC Representatives for a request for refund by clicking here.
Once request is approved, a check will be made to your registered Name, which can be mailed to your registered address or which you can pick-up at our offices on a specified pick-up date/time. In addition, our customer service representative(s) may suggest depositing these funds to your account to avoid the hassle of waiting for the check to be mailed or to avoid the hassle of travelling.
